Pontiac de course de 1933. Construite sur la base des berlines Pontiac Eight de 1933, qui ont été transformées en ce fabuleux bolide.
Pour rendre la voiture performante, le châssis a été allégé partout où cela était possible et la carrosserie de la berline a été remplacée par une carrosserie en aluminium de style 'baquet'.
Le moteur est resté en grande partie d'origine. Seul un double carburateur a été installé sur le moteur pour gagner un peu plus de puissance. La boîte de vitesses à 3 rapports a été conservée. L'électricité a été modifiée en 12V, et le moteur est donc maintenant équipé d'un alternateur. Un ventilateur électrique ainsi qu'une pompe à essence électrique ont été installés pour gagner en fiabilité. Le moteur tourne très bien et émet un son agressif grâce à son pot d'échappement latéral.
Comme la voiture roule assez vite grâce à toutes les modifications apportées, les freins ont été modifiés par des freins hydrauliques et des tambours en alliage ont été prévus pour améliorer les performances de freinage. En ce qui concerne la tenue de route, les ressorts à lames ont été équipés d'amortisseurs à friction Hartford à l'avant et à l'arrière. Les jantes en fil de fer de 18 pouces sont équipées de pneus BF Goodrich, et la voiture a été dotée d'une roue de secours identique. D'autres détails contribuant à l'aspect fantastique de la voiture sont la sacoche à outils en cuir du côté conducteur, la finition en laiton, l'intérieur en cuir rouge foncé, le petit pare-brise et sa peinture. Un couvre-tonneau complet est fourni avec la voiture pour la protéger les jours de pluie.

To make the car performant, the chassis has been lightened wherever possible and the sedan body replaced by this ‘baquet’ style aluminum body.
The engine has been kept mostly original. Only a twin carburetor setup has been fitted on the engine to gain a bit more power. The 3-speed gearbox has been maintained. The electrics have been modified to 12V, and therefore the engine is now equipped with an alternator. An electric fan as well as an electric fuel pump have been fitted to gain reliability. The engine runs really smoothly and sounds aggressive with its side exhaust pipe.
As the car is running quite fast due to all the modifications done, the brakes were modified for hydraulic brakes and foreseen of Alloy drums all around for better brake performance. As for the road handling, the leaf springs have been equipped with Hartford friction shocks in the front and rear. The 18-inch wire wheels are fitted with BF Goodrich tires, and the car has been given an identical spare wheel. Other details contributing to the fantastic looks of the car are the leather tool bag on the driver's side, the brass finishing, the dark red leather interior, the little windscreen and its paintwork. A full tonneau cover is provided with the car to protect on rainy days.
